Even though a lot of people know of Las Vegas as a city filled with tons of entertainment geared towards adults, it also has plenty of child-friendly attractions that make it a fantastic place to go to on your next family outing.

Here are attractions you can visit with your kids on a trip to Vegas:

Venetian Gondola Ride

Located at the Venetian hotel and casino, a Gondola ride through a man-made canal inside the hotel is a fun and relaxing activity to try with your little ones. Once on the boat, you will be serenaded with Italian music as you pass through lines of shops, making you feel like you are really in the romantic city of Venice.

Fall of Atlantis

Fall of Atlantis is Caesars Palace’s hourly 11-minute show that features animatronic figures and special effects, things that any kid will surely love.

Madam Tussauds

Home to more than 100 wax statues of famous actors, actresses, politicians, musicians, athletes, and superheroes, the Madam Tussauds Las Vegas offers visitors a chance to take photos with awesome replicas of their favorite celebrities.

Adventuredome is the largest indoor theme park in America. It exudes of an exciting and energetic carnival atmosphere that promises tons of electrifying and thrilling experiences. It has roller coasters, bumper cars, laser tag, and other crazy rides that children will definitely want to do over and over.

Big Shot

Sitting on top of the Stratosphere Tower, the Big Shot launches its riders 160 feet up into the air at a speed of 45 miles per hour in just 2.5 seconds and drops them at one-negative G. It is an exhilarating and adrenaline-inducing experience people of all ages will be talking about for a long time.

M&M’s World

If you are wondering what chocolate heaven would look like, check out M&M’s World. A four-storey building decorated with bright and colorful M&M memorabilia, it is a fantastic attraction that will take you to the origins of this well-loved chocolate brand and how it has grown through the years.

Hershey’s Chocolate World

If you and your kids just cannot get enough of chocolates, also include the Hershey’s Chocolate World to your Vegas tour. It is a large store filled with over 800 Hershey’s products. If you love Reese’s peanut butter cups, Twizzlers, Jolly Ranchers, Kisses, and Ice Breakers, you should not miss this choco haven.

Nevada State Railroad Museum

For an authentic train ride experience with some history tidbits, drive about half an hour to Boulder and get on a train at the Nevada State Railroad Museum. The tour runs on the original tracks used in the past to transport supplies and other things to the Hoover Dam.

Ethel M Chocolate Factory

Curious how chocolate is made? Take a day off from the bustling Vegas metro and drive 15 minutes southeast to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory.

For more than 20 years now, the factory produces chocolates from scratch with recipes concocted by its founder Forrest Mars Sr. So, whether you love dark chocolate or white chocolate, plain or with nuts or caramel, this place will undoubtedly become one of your most favorites.
